Brian's 5 Things (among many more):
- There are many nuances to the word Champion. [Listen to hear them!]
- At the base of everything is this question, "Why are we doing all of this?" - Is it the right thing to be doing? Does it align with our core beliefs?
- Find your passion. Then learn your limits.
- My goal as an educator is simply this - I want to help people be their very best selves.
- "When I'm outdoors and pushing my body, I feel more alive than any other time."
