Your dreams and goals that you have before an Ostomy are still attainable and within reach even after an Ostomy.
This is something today's guest Keyla taught me through getting to know her and in this podcast.
She wanted to model before, so after her surgery, she knew that she was going to set a goal and make those dreams come true!
In today's podcast, we dive into much good stuff!
How to make sure you are taking care of YOU first and foremost, how to track water and food and all of that good stuff, ways that you can help your mindset through acts of self-love to help get you through the tough times, and how to NEVER STOP dreaming and working towards those goals you set for yourself because the Ostomy does not stop you!
Keyla is so darn inspiring and has done so much in such a short amount of time and I am so excited to see where this all takes her in her life!
"This is me, this is my body, this is the healthiest I have been and none of these people know my journey and what I have been through and what I go through every day. I am comfortable and happy and I am healthy and I am not in a hospital and I am living my life. And if it's with a bag so be it!!
