Just talking about how I submitted a question last week to the "Child Support" agency asking if I need to make a payment for January 01, 2025, and they finally advised that I did not, and I was elated. There is still a process that I need to complete with the court system in Hillsborough County, FL. I have a court date in February 2025 scheduled via ZOOM because the other parent is in Greece. I captured the email that the "Child Support" agency sent to me last week. I looked at the first letter that I ever got from them, and it was in 2009. So I have been dealing with them ever since, and they are horrible. The "child support" agency knows that the law is on their side, and they do horrible things to parents all the time, and they are like no we didn't. The only sure fire way to not have to deal with them is to not have kids in the first place and if you already have a "Child Support" Judgment, then just pay it always so that you do not have to deal with them.
