As a woman of colour and a mother, Wrama speaks about how race and culture have played an impact in her history with depression; how having children deepened feelings of unworthiness as a mother, and how racial trauma travels through the family generations. Wrama then goes on to share her remarkable insight and acceptance into a condition she was diagnosed with and how acceptance helped change her mindset when it comes to death and depression.
