Jon shares with us his journey at MJ and describes how he went from a starting in a leadership position with little experience in broking to becoming the President and COO of the company and achieving significant growth.

Jon encourages all insurance professionals to "be proud of what you do" and highlights his proudest achievement being the crystallisation of the purpose of the business and being unapologetically committed to it.

He advises us that by having an honest and open attitude of admitting what you don't know and then learning along the way, you can become a successful leader and he encourages us all to adopt this when stepping up to new leadership opportunities that are presented to us.
