Transverse Insurance Group is a fully licensed P&C Carrier partnering with reinsurers and program administrators to provide a broad range of property and casualty products for commercial and personal lines.

Previously Robert had a successful career at AIG where he enjoyed positions as Head of Global General Insurance Controls and latterly Head of Operations at AIG Lexington.

Robert discusses what the insurance industry should be doing to tackle inertia and what we can do to avoid that in our own personal careers. He shares with us the success he had at AIG and also what he learned from the huge challenge he faced when working there during the height of the financial crisis.
