Alternate Nostril Breathwork and Inner Peace Visualization

My friend, did you forget? You are home to your peace.
You can breathe your way there. You can return to the path of peace and feel more calm, steady, grounded energy within you.
This meditation includes Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) which involves breathing through one nostril at a time. You will be guided during the meditation however here is how it works:
1. Gentle close off your right nostril with your thumb.
2. Inhale through your left nostril.
3. Close the left nostril with your ring finger, release the thumb and exhale out the right nostril.
4. Inhale through the right nostril.
5. Close the right nostril with your thumb as you release the ring finger and exhale out your left nostril.
6. Repeat.
