Britt Lee and Brad Williams are fellow podcasters and fathers united by a common passion for helping young athletes become the best version of themselves in sports and life. From this passion, their Pure Athlete podcast with former MLB player Jeff Francouer, came to life.
Britt is married and has 4 kids, one played Division 1 tennis. He runs his own brand messaging/consulting business since 2007 and is the Author of "Parenting the Pure Athlete".
Brad Williams has a career in the sports industry, working for a major sports agency before running his own successful sports marketing business. Brad has worked as a high school Athletics Director at a private, Christian school in Atlanta. Brad is married and has six kids.
Today, we talk about Championing our kids to develop critical skills to success in sports and life, connecting with our kids through sports, developing competive athletes on the field and off, navigating the complex culture of youth sports and more!
