Bryan Gohl is a bio hacker, founder of Heavy and co founder of Red Light Rising.

Bryan has a real passion for wellness and he loves to talk about it! Red light therapy is one of his favourite biohacks with which he has noticed wonderful benefits. That’s why he decided to co-found Red Light Rising, using his passion for sharing the principles of wellness and spreading the word about red light therapy!

After nearly 12 years of exploring wellness and exercise in all its forms, he settled down into vegetarianism for 7 years under the impression that it was the healthiest way to eat.

After suffering various degenerative conditions mostly in the form of near constant, debilitating joint pain and serious digestive issues, he finally relented to the fact that his diet may have been playing a role in his failing health.

Thats when he discovered the Bulletproof diet and biohacking!

Fast forward 4 years and Bryan is back on track, healthier and stronger than he’s ever been, mostly thanks to a low carb high fat diet and the variety of biohacks that he practises everyday, including of course, red light therapy!

In late 2019 Bryan decided to start another business in the strength equipment industry to make the kind of equipment that he would actually like to use and HEAVY was born!
