The universe is full of chaos, as is our planet, the counties we live in, the cities, our homes and our minds. At all levels of the micro and macrocosms we can see that chaos exists. At times it can be easy to be swept up in the chaos, leaving us stressed, full of anxiety, constantly stuck in freeze, flight or fight and down right not enjoying our lives.
Well, I'm here to say that it is possible to still enjoy life in the midst of the chaos of the world. It actually takes strength, courage and commitment to stay joyfully present when others are stressing and expecting you to do the same. I'm not saying let's bypass actual struggle, but what I'm saying is to give yourself permission to be present, feel all the feelings that are there and consciously choose peace, giving yourself a place to reset and stand on as you move forward into the storms of life.
Listen to learn some ways to find the peace within all that chaos and how to keep yourself grounded as life and the world seems to get weirder and weirder every day.
