Today’s episode is a portion of Day 2 of the Pleasure Challenge Replay. I’m walking you through one of the most essential foundations for living a pleasure-filled life: Getting out of your head and into your body.

This practice is fundamental for accessing more pleasure not just in the bedroom but in your life as a whole.

During this episode, I guide you through a somatic check-in, asking you to rate where you are on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of how connected you feel to your body.

I also share an introduction to holotropic breathwork, one of the most powerful practices to release thoughts, drop mental control, and tap into your body's deepest layers of unconscious wisdom.
