Vera Thomlison, a holistic life coach, shares her journey from feeling like an outsider to finding healing through yoga and mindfulness. Growing up as an Asian in a predominantly white community, Vera felt different and struggled to fit in.

In her teenage years, she turned to drinking, drugs, and partying to feel accepted and confident. This lifestyle continued into her 20s and 30s, causing strain on her relationships and overall well-being. It wasn't until she discovered yoga and mindfulness that she began to find a sense of self-acceptance and healing. Through her own transformation, Vera now helps others find their own path to healing and self-discovery.

Vera helps her clients who feel exhausted and isolated, struggling with their own needs and sacrificing themselves for the happiness of others. She teaches them to find stillness and rest through yoga and meditation, giving them permission to take care of their own well-being.

By getting quiet and observing their thoughts and emotions, they gain awareness and the power to make choices that benefit themselves. Vera emphasizes the importance of reaching out for support and sharing struggles, as it allows others to do the same and creates a connection.
