Dr. Harrison is a former Team USA Bobsledder and Lead Endurance Consultant at Renaissance Periodization. He explains why the scale can hide positive results and shares the right way to track your weight and fat loss goals. He provides his take on crash diets and extreme diets and if there’s any validity in their claims.
