Happy...Tuesday?? As mentioned, this episode was not planned. But, after having a really insightful and informative conversation with Rachel Gersten and Jor-El Caraballo from Viva Mental Health, I felt like this should be released sooner rather than later. What started off as an introduction to their journeys as therapists and business owners turned into a discussion around the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade and the resulting implications that it will have. We talk about maintaining mental health during terrifying times, how you can get more educated, why it's important to get involved, and much more!
