Happy Friday friends! Thank you for joining me on this solo episode. It's been a while since we've had the chance to catch up! Following my mini therapy series that I've been posting about this week on Instagram, I thought it would be impactful to expand on my own personal journey. In this episode, I explain some of my past history with therapy, why I decided to get back into it, and how I navigated the whole process. I also share some personal struggles that I've been dealing with lately related to this platform, and hopefully offer some positive insight/advice for anyone who may be feeling similar things.
