Developing physician relationships is always difficult for the physical therapist. From trying to make that first connection by trying to get into the physician office to getting referrals from a physician, the relationship building game can be a daunting one. How have we done it throughout the years and how do we continue to do it? Our special guest Dr. Riley Williams from the Hospital for Special Surgery gives his insight on how the team collaboration between surgeons and physical therapists has helped him, and how should embrace the team concept of healthcare for our patient's to get maximum outcomes.
