Anabel's journey is a fascinating one. She left a successful career in corporate communications to pursue a career in energy healing using tools like Reiki, astrology, and sound. On the way, she reconnected with her ancestry and lineage and even named her company Nuna, which means 'soul' in the Quechua language.
In her own words:
"When I reflected on my experiences, I realized that unresolved emotional scars kept me from being in touch with my authentic self, my soul, or “Nuna” in the indigenous Quechua language.
I established Nuna Therapy with a profound intention: to help others in rediscovering their unique authenticity and restoring harmony within themselves. My mission is to guide individuals along their paths toward self-awareness and genuine alignment."
