We have an amazing show for you this Saturday which will provide all of the answers you have come to expect from "The Word on Medicine." Today we will once again bring you a program on Breast Cancer – such a critically important topic and one we try to discuss at least every year. Breast Cancer was the topic of our very first program when we launched "The Word on Medicine" over four years ago. On today’s program, we will focus on Survivorship – why it is so important to also focus on the survivors of breast cancer treatment, management of the side effects of treatment, advocacy for everything concerning the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer as well as the families of those who have been treated for this common disease.
