Lydia is an Olympic gold medallist, a Yogini, an Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, a Vision Seeker, and a lover of all things nature. She has a deep passion for helping people find their true zone. Her story is awesome. From being pulled out of a gymnastics career, to find herself poppin off massive jumps in the snow to become a world class aerial skier, where she went on to win a bunch olympic medals. one of them being gold. Yeow!!
She has a bunch of golden nuggets for us through this interview. All things, vision, being in the zone, manifestation, preparation, determination, courage, truth & self-love, responsibility, staying accountable and much more.
