We had the pleasure of speaking with Holistic Counsellor, Mind/Body Energetic Practitioner and soon to be a qualified Kinesiologist, Ash Hodgson. Ash is passionate about bringing your spiritual, mental and emotional health into balance.

We got to pick Ash’s brain and get all her tools and techniques on how to silence negative self-talk, how to find balance and ultimately how to truly understand your relationship with yourself.

Struggling with self-care? Ash explains why it doesn’t have to be complicated and shares her tips to get started and stay in a good routine.
