It's been a crazy few weeks for everyone. We've been churning out At Home Workouts for the Uncivilized crew, navigating the new platforms we now solely operate on and putting together all the other content to help you keep on track while we have closed our doors. Which is exactly our topic for today, what can we do while we are at home to make sure we are using our time as best as we can.
From keeping on top of training and nutrition, to staying on track with daily habits and rituals becomes even more important in this time where there is way less structure than we are used to. Going further than that, what can we do to actually learn to new skills, work on weaknesses in our fitness or spend some time diving into personal development. The possibilities are endless, but we talk today about what we can do to to ensure we are not just surviving at home, but that we are thriving.
