About Dr. Jennifer Welser, DVM, DACVO
Dr. Welser is a veterinary ophthalmologist, vice chair of the Veterinary Innovation Council, and president of Arista Advanced Pet Care, a venture bringing a shared ownership model to veterinary specialty and emergency practices. She has previously served as the Global Chief Medical Officer of Mars Veterinary Health. She has been an independent business owner and entrepreneur. She has served on several boards and advisory councils. She is a huge advocate of women's veterinary leadership as well as advancing the industry to serve people and pets.
