Ep # 24: When Weight Loss Actually Does Kinda Suck Though
Manage episode 396159434 series 3550384
There are SO many things that suck about traditional restrictive dieting, and you don’t have to do a single one of them when you lose weight my way.
You don’t have to:
- Eat the sad, boring diet food
- Spend hours tracking every last morsel in those soul-sucking diet apps
- Waste your precious mental energy figuring out what you are “allowed” to eat, researching boring diet recipes, or adding up points or calories
- Panic when you get invited out to dinner or to a party because you might sabotage your progress
- Miss out on the real food everyone around you is enjoying while you nibble on your sad carrot sticks
When you learn to lose weight the way I teach you to in my Weight Loss Doesn’t Have to Suck program, you can say goodbye to all of that misery.
BUT, some things might still suck. At least sometimes.
It’s really hard to put the fork down when you know you’re satisfied but the food tastes amazing.
It’s a big challenge turning down something delicious because you know you’re not hungry for it, especially when everyone around you is going to town on it.
It can suck to disappoint food pushers or to try not to eat your face off after a long day.
But managing situations like these is WAY less painful when you have my three-step process, and that's exactly what I’m sharing with you on this week’s episode of the podcast.
