Justine Lemos, is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Vedic Astrologer, author, yoga teacher, dancer and a speaker. She also holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology. Justine also runs a yoga studio, OneYOga, in Fort Bragg, California.
Justine has been featured on Gaia TV in a series called Thrive: Self-healing with Ayurveda. Dr. Lemos has been studying Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Spiritual Counseling and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) for many years.
