15: Self-Trust and Uplevelling in Life and Business

This episode is dedicated to all Lightworkers out there. Soul growth and stepping into your power and your purpose is hard and scary. It can be a roller-coaster and it requires a lot of deep work on yourself. It’s not always comfortable. More often than not it’s downright uncomfortable, physically, mentally and emotionally.

I am going through another phase of uplevelling in life and business, which recently took its toll on my physical health. For a week, I was experiencing fevers, night sweats and head and body pains and it took a lot of deep healing work on myself before I started feeling better. This has been a long-term journey for me but things are starting into place and are making more sense than ever.
