On this episode of the Golden Hour Birth Podcast, we welcome an Atlanta mom of 2, Christina! Christina and her husband got married 9 years ago and essentially created a trip list before trying for a baby. After a fairly easy pregnancy, Christina was met with a difficult postpartum. She struggled with setting boundaries and hosted family immediately after coming home from the hospital. She wondered how she could better prepare for the postpartum period and welcomed her second child in 2021. Shortly after, she started Resurgens Postpartum where she works exclusively with soon to be mothers and partners on their journey to parenthood and what we often miss/don’t prepare enough for the 4th trimester. She coaches parents through prenatal and postpartum support, feeding, sleeping, and everything in between!
