Now, this isn't an episode of me breaking down certain events or races (but we can do that in a future episode if you want!). I give you my biggest takeaways from the games as a whole. And I watched the summer games through a few different lenses. I watched as a fan. I watched as an athlete. I watched as a coach. And I watched as a simple human being. And each of this different viewpoints strengthened the other viewpoints. I hope you enjoy this episode as I roll through some of the great lessons from the Olympic games.
