As we approach the holiday season we often find our stress levels rise, our expectations spike, and our extra time filled with joyful activities of celebration which spills over into the workday. For some, the holidays can be a time of burden if there are memories linked to people, events, and once again expectations.
Today I am joined by Dilyana Mileva, owner of the Menopause Support Academy, and the Menopause Made Easy podcast, who specializes in breathing techniques and sleep support for women in their later years in life. Interestingly, many of the symptoms and complaints she deals with through her clients and students, are similar to what the main population requires in order to live fully and joyfully.
Dilyana is formerly from Bulgaria and now lives in Vancouver, BC, and we were introduced to each other through a mutual friend in Tasmania. How cool is that?
Our ambition for this episode is to provide you with tips and tools to help you through the holiday season, but that can also bring you relief, comfort, and support in your wellness journey. Working with her clientele, Dilyana supports:
