In this episode we welcome back Makesi Duncan of Dadbodcyclinginc. Makesi just completed his first ever Gravel race and did so courtesy of Ride for Racial Justice a program that helps bring greater diversity to cycling. The race was SBT gravel in Steamboat Springs Colorado. For Makesi who is relatively new to cycling this was his first gravel ride, first ride at elevation, his longest ride, and by far his hardest ride. We recount his experience and also talk about his charity "Change the Cycle" helping to deliver bicycles to kids in need in New York.
