Do you struggle with your pelvic floor?
Do you chose your activities based on the proximity to a toilet ?
Do you leak when you run, jump or lift heavy weights?

My guest this week is Kathryn Meadows, a movement and mindset coach who helps her clients get back to loving movement especially those held back by pelvic floor and core issues.
She firmly believes all women have the right to be able to choose what they want to do and have fun moving their bodies without worrying about how it'll function.
She wants above anything else for women to be able to say yes to anything in life.
We dive deep and chat about overactive vs underactive pelvic floor function. We also answer the following questions from my listeners:
What's the first step when it comes to restoring pelvic floor & core function?
What steps can I take now to improve pelvic floor health?
Is it possible to sneeze with ease after childbirth?
This is a corker of an episode and really illuminated for me the simple fact that we can reclaim our pelvic floor health by advocating for ourselves, doing the work and taking the time to focus on ourselves.
