Shadoe goes first today - and, her regret is a desire for chaos.
Looking back, she realizes that she mistakes predictability for boredom; and, when the boredom kicks in; she finds all kinds of ways to bring chaos back in.
This is not followed by feedback; as, for today, she just wanted to be heard.
Then, for Victoria's share, she opens up about watching "too much" TV, especially at night. She talks about revenge watching and how this impacts sleep.
Funnily enough, she does not want feedback today either.
