EP10 - When you just don't feel like it

No matter how motivated you are at the beginning of a transformation journey, there are going to be days where you just don't feel like it. Whatever the "it" is; workout, meal prep; etc. Some days you just don't feel like it. Whenever I have those days where I just don't feel like getting up in the morning to work out, there are a few things I do to help get me going.
