We all have storms in our lives...this time it is literal.
There will not be a regular episode this week because of the storm heading our way. Yes, hurricane Nicole is coming. I’m preparing the boat and keeping myself safe this week. I have limited resources as it gets closer.
Last episode I did release the sleep meditation and also a bonus episode for the two year anniversary of the show for you to enjoy.
