What can we do in the moment when we’re having a bad day?
We all have bad days. Sometimes because of external factors and sometimes for no apparent reason – we just feel like we’ve got out of the wrong side of bed and can’t put our finger on why our mood is low and it feels like the world is out to get us. But there are things that we can do about it.
I’m going to share 10 ways you can fix a “bad day” and improve your mood!
What You’ll Learn:
- How science backs up the fact that green spaces give our brain space
- Why you should not underestimate the power of music your love
- The ways you can make your environment a little bit more inviting
- Check in on yourself! When did you last eat or dink?
- How to make a plan to do something that you know you'll look forward to
While the things I've suggested today may not fix the root cause of your bad mood, they can help fix your response and lift you out of it. Give them a go and write yourself your own What do you need list.
