Yo! This was a beefy ass episode full of a lot.

My coaching program integrating mental toughness instead of just training and nutrition is one of the things I talked about, as well as starting Phase 3 of the Live Hard program this Saturday. Episode 254 to 283 will all be Phase 3 of Live Hard episodes. I touched on the comparison of being trapped in a cage with the people you surround yourself with and how that’s comparable to the place I work – hardly anyone strives for growth or improvement, that's why it's vital to escape that shit asap. It’s just mindless "rule" following. I also talked about the competition we as young and hungry, early-in-the-journey entrepreneurs are faced with.

And I think moving forward I’m going to keep the descriptions a summary of the show itself.
