Renee King-Sonnen, founder of Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, shares her journey from being a cattle rancher to becoming a vegan farm sanctuary owner. She convinced her husband, Tommy, to stop selling cows and eventually bought all the cows to start a sanctuary. Tommy also transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and both experienced health improvements. Renee also talks about her documentary, book, and upcoming feature film that will bring awareness to her cause.
