Hello and welcome to my planters, my fellow gardeners, autoimmune health creators, and maybe even CLUB-ers or Habiteers (what I lovingly call my tribe inside the CLUB). We are in the home stretch of this Belief Seed Series 🌱 and this is a BIG one. You may have years and decades of evidence stacked against you but I'm here to tell you that "You can do this." Whatever this is.
Is it feel better? Is it love your life with any diagnosis? Is it improve function? Is it be a person who does the things you say you want to do? Eat better, be more positive, move more, de-stress, connect deeper, or take on a challenge to get stronger? What did I miss?
I’m lending you my belief that you can make meaningful change, until you’re able to nurture your own belief in yourself. And in this episode I share some of the science behind why that works. Let’s start weeding out the seeds of doubt and plant the kind of confidence that leads to real, juicy, autoimmune health.
