Trisha Fey Lazo Elizarde-Miller is a proud Pin@y American, passionate about learning, teaching, and unveiling creative expression. Trisha supports embodied truth by facilitating trauma-sensitive movement practices, breath work, and asana, with over 20 years’ experience in movement. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy and offers movement practices through her online teaching.
Join us as we discuss Trisha’s unique Filipina-American upbringing in Alaska, how she discovered and awakened her passion for sensual dance as an anecdote to shame and pathway to liberation, and how’s she’s navigating the transition from a 9-5 nonprofit job, to being her own boss as a wellness and movement teacher and guide.
