We’re back with a new name and a great guest! This week on the Independent Mindset, Jason and Will talk to professor & fitness coach Brian Kehoe to discuss his early career, mindset for weight loss, the importance of diet and sleep hygiene, and keeping up with an exercise routine during these Covid times!
Brian is a professor and fitness expert based out of Ottawa, Canada. He began his career as sport scientist, consulting with multiple NHL organizations and Olympic teams to optimize athletic performance. Transitioning to research, he studied the mechanisms that underpin military fitness and now, as a professor, he educates hundreds of aspiring fitness professionals each year. After helping develop several fitness businesses in North America and Asia, he's re-focused on what he loves most: Coaching and Educating trainers and clients.
