In this episode Dr. Allison Sucamele will be talking about setting an intention instead of a New Year’s resolution, the stages of change model aka the transtheoretical model of change, core values and human strengths, the Values in Action Inventory and Character Strengths, and How to practice active listening.
She will also give you a quick update on her online coaching programs, currently the waitlist is open for the Self Love Program. The current offerings are for the Individual Self Love Program, a Self Love Teen Group Program, and a Self Love Group Program. High school students, please select the Teen Group program or individual coaching. All programs run for 12 weeks.
