  • What do you think are the 3 most important components are to becoming a successful fully booked PT
  • "I have a couple of clients just now who are struggling due to having a lot on with work and their personal lives. I don't want to be the type of PT who tells them if they don't make time for exercise then they just don't want it enough. But at the same time I think I can possibly be doing more to support them, I feel as if although I'm trying to be nice and understanding, I might've been a bit too laid back about their training & nutrition taking a backseat. Have you got any tips for helping clients through periods like this? I have had a think about it and I think I might need to communicate with them better. If I know in advance that they are going through a busy spell, I can sit them down to come up with some open ended questions to help them come up with solutions. Thanks"
  • "I stopped doing one off sessions with people but I've got a member/husband of current client who wants to do a session to help with technique etc. Usually wouldn't but think he could be a potential client but just can't commit due to work shifts at the moment. How would you approach this to make sure to over deliver so he will want to sign up in the future?"
  • Should I still go through a preconsult and consult with enquiries if I am fully booked and know I am unlikely to be able to take them on? Worried they will think I'm wasting their time.
  • Is it commonplace to launch a 'product/service' on the gym floor? Such as '8 Weeks to XYZ' '12 Weeks be great in bed' etc?
  • When is the right time to start a group programme and how would you navigate it with existing 1-1 clients? I’m scared they will all just move across to that!
  • Rather than a free recipe book or my free myfitnesspal guide or my calorie guide I think I would like to invest in something with more value to use as a lead magnetic. Do you have and advice that I could take onboard ? In think this would create more impact, engagement and capture more emails / followers.
  • Besides before and after pictures and testimonials, what would you say are some other effective ways of showing regular social proof on social media to show my audience that my product/service works?
