Balanced eating: It’s all about comfortably navigating the gray area between strict rules and indulgence, such as opting for a combination of favored carbs and vegetables for a satisfying, balanced plate, rather than strictly adhering to low-carb or low-fat options, which should be viewed as tools for balance rather than a lifestyle.
3. Micronutrients: Micronutrients, comprising minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, etc., indicate the non-caloric benefits food provides to our bodies, beyond energy and satiety.
