Most people know today’s ocean mama, Tristan Prettyman for her music, beauty, and authenticity. I personally remember her music from the surf flick Shelter over a decade ago. As a singer-songwriter out of San Diego California, Tristan was invited to join Jason Mraz, her former fiancé, on his Natural tour back in 2006. Tristan has received much notoriety for her music and albums, like her song Hello’s No. 2 position on the iTunes Digital Albums chart and headlining tours across the U.S., Europe, and Japan, but what people may not know about this mama is that she has done a lot of inner work to get her to where she is today and is very invested in health and wellness. She has used life hardships, one that was very public, to propel her to her highs. She also talks candidly about divorce, co-parenting and doing the inner work.
