Can Self Care really help to reduce fatigue and belly bloat? What about brain fog and other really troubling menopausal symptoms?

As we have been doing a 5 part series on Self Care, I hope you have been able to see how caring for yourself in easy and consistent ways isn’t selfish and it actually very necessary to help your body to BE WELL.

I have shared simple modalities that pack a big punch in helping your body to recover, regain energy and reduce your frustrating brain fog. If you missed any of them go back and catch them for easy tips to help your body feel cared for.

To put an exclamation point on the topic I am sharing a recent episode I did over on the Bold Faith and Fashion podcast with my friend Ashli Anna Hurley.

She gives amazing tips on dressing for your specific body type with her core style method and seeing your beauty through the eyes of your heavenly Father.

Ashli Anna and I chat about the world's definition of self-care vs God’s view of self care and how you can prioritize yourself through caring for yourself in a way that still brings Him honor.
