Welcome back to Project 20! 🎉 Week 7 is done, and I’m feeling fantastic! After the ups and downs of the past few weeks, it’s great to see the progress coming together. 💪
This week’s highlights:
- Running and training have gone exceptionally well
- Entering a rest week with daily 8km runs and a test on Saturday
- Significant mental and physical improvement
I’m optimistic about the next 13 weeks and excited to see where this journey takes me. Let’s see what Week 8 brings! 🚀
