Kathryn Elliott is one of Australia’s leading specialist alcohol and binge drinking coaches for high-functioning professionals. Her expertise and comments regularly appear in lifestyle, health, business and lifestyle media nationally. She is one of only three certified Senior This Naked Mind specialist alcohol coaches in Australia and has been living alcohol free since July 1, 2019. She is also a passionate advocate for generating awareness about the alcohol and breast cancer link after going through her own experience of breast cancer in 2019/2020.

Kathryn is a founding member of Alcohol Coaches Australia and a member of the consumer advisory committee for Hello Sunday Morning. She recently appeared in the Voices For Change campaign for the Foundation for Alcohol Research & Education.
