Wow, BOTH Sarah Montross and Gioconda Parker, each returning guests, are together on this episode about the complementary practices of “form” and “flow” yoga. This conversation is incredibly insightful and will leave you wanting more–we sure did! They have almost half a century of combined yoga teaching experience, so please enjoy this absolute gift of an episode about the differences+similarities between a form-based and flow-based practice and what that means for yoga in general.
