Mark “Kirts” Kirtland joins me this week for my first official podcast conversation in Ruby, my adorable 1974 Kombi. We sat in Ruby at the beach here in South Australia, with the wind and waves in the background, and chatted for over an hour about Mark’s incredible resilience and determination to overcome many health issues and injuries and achieve sporting and business success, but most importantly maintaining family balance.

Kirts is a highly organised and driven man, and believes much of his success is due to good planning and a high level of resilience. I delve deep into this side of Kirts and he very genuinely and openly talks about is health issues as well as the amazing change to his life when he was reunited with his son.
