About the Guest: Marco Macaluso, MA LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. He owns his own private practice working with clients who encounter mental health conditions. He is also a Behavioral Health Consultant with The Steadman Group focusing on mental health and substance use services within the criminal justice system. He has worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years from several different behavioral health settings and has developed behavioral health programs across the country within the criminal justice system. His current passion and focus is improving behavioral health programs within Colorado jails for the incarcerated population. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, reading, fishing and spending time with his wife, two young children, and traveling to Florida.
