When I realized that I had gone from burnout to complete identity crisis, I had NO clue what was next for me in life. And while I'm still a work in progress myself, the best thing I ever did for myself is to give myself permission to explore the other options that didn't even exist 20 years ago when I decided on my career path in the first place!
